Major General Eng. Magdy Youssef, Managing Director of Al-Ahly Misr Real Estate Asset Management Company, signs the contract for the supervision of Al-Ahly Egypt Company on the company in charge of managing the Gardenia City project, which is 20,000 housing units on an area of 600 acres on Suez Road, owned by both the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, within the framework of the confidence of the two banks in the expertise and cadres of NCB Egypt Real Estate Asset Management Company (one of the two banks) to organize the mechanism of work in the compound.
